SMS Terms
Effective November 1, 2026 · Last updated October 18, 2026
Rizora.io LLC
These terms cover text messages sent by Rizora ("Rizora Account Notifications"). They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number.
What we send
Rizora sends account notifications only, such as:
- an invitation for a parent or guardian to join Rizora and approve their athlete's account,
- consent and purchase-approval requests for a minor athlete, and
- important account and security notices.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You may receive texts when:
- you add your own mobile number to your Rizora account and choose to receive texts, or
- an athlete enters your number as their parent or guardian contact, in which case we send a single invitation. We won't text you again unless you join Rizora and choose to receive texts.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply; check with your wireless carrier.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one confirmation and then stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or email team@rizora.io.
- You can also turn off texts in your Rizora notification settings.
If you reply STOP, we may still contact you by email or in the app about your account.
Other terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing; we share it only with the provider that delivers our messages. If you change or give up your phone number, please update it in Rizora or reply STOP.
