Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy

Effective November 1, 2026 · Last updated October 18, 2026

Rizora.io LLC

Rizora is where young athletes build their future, and most of them are minors. These guidelines apply to everyone on Rizora: athletes, parents and guardians, coaches and staff, college programs, trainers, and evaluators. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Protect young athletes

These rules matter most, and we enforce them strictly.

  • Keep contact with minors inside Rizora's protections. Don't use Rizora to move a minor into private, unmonitored contact. Don't ask a minor for their personal phone number, social media, or private messaging handles, and don't ask them to keep anything from their parent or guardian.
  • Parents stay in the loop. Program messages to a minor copy their parent or guardian. Don't try to get around that, and don't ask an athlete to.
  • No sexual content involving minors, ever. We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement, and we remove the account immediately.
  • No grooming, sexualized, romantic, or inappropriate messages to or about any athlete.
  • No pressure tactics, including threats, promises of offers or playing time in exchange for anything personal, or demands for money outside Rizora's paid features.
  • Health is for professionals. Coaches and trainers must not pressure athletes to train through injury, cut weight unsafely, or use supplements or substances. Never encourage a minor toward weight loss or restrictive eating.

2. Be honest

  • Real numbers only. Don't falsify measurables, misstate how a number was captured, or enter numbers for an athlete you didn't measure.
  • Trainers: submit only measurements you actually took, in a real session, with the equipment you list. Voided numbers never count, and repeated outliers trigger a review of your listing.
  • Evaluators: score honestly and only on the rubric. Don't evaluate athletes you have a personal or financial conflict with.
  • Be who you say you are. Don't impersonate anyone, misrepresent your school, program, role, age, or credentials, or create accounts for someone else without authority.
  • Don't game the system. Don't manipulate evaluations, matches, Readiness Scores, or search through fake accounts, collusion, or coordinated activity.

3. Respect anonymity and privacy

  • Never try to identify an anonymous college athlete. That includes combining clips, stats, positions, or outside information to work out who they are, and asking others to help.
  • Use athlete information only for its purpose. Programs may use what athletes share only to recruit for their own program. Trainers and coaches may use athlete information only to train and coach that athlete.
  • Don't export, download, screenshot, or share athlete information, clips, or contact details outside Rizora, except as a feature expressly allows. Don't remove watermarks.
  • Don't share someone else's private information, including information about another athlete's injuries or health.

4. Follow the rules of your sport

Follow the recruiting, transfer, eligibility, and name, image, and likeness rules that apply to you, including those of the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA, your conference, and your state high school association. In particular, Rizora doesn't allow messaging between college programs and currently enrolled college athletes, and you must not use information from Rizora to contact a current college athlete in a way your rules prohibit.

5. Use Rizora the way it's meant to be used

Don't:

  • harass, bully, threaten, or demean anyone, or post hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content;
  • post content you don't have the rights to;
  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-collect data from Rizora, or use Rizora content to train AI models;
  • probe or test Rizora's security outside our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, or interfere with the Services;
  • try to make the AI assistant reveal other users' information, bypass its safeguards, or produce harmful content;
  • use Rizora to advertise, solicit, or sell unrelated products or services;
  • share your account, or sell, transfer, or rent access to it; or
  • use Rizora for anything illegal.

6. Reporting

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, or anything that makes you worried about an athlete's safety:

  • use the Report option in the app where it's available, or
  • email team@rizora.io. For urgent safety concerns, put "Safety" in the subject line.

We review reports promptly and keep the reporter's identity confidential. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Some assistant conversations may be flagged automatically when they appear to break these guidelines. A flagged conversation may be reviewed by Rizora staff, and if the user is a minor, it may be shown to their parent or guardian.

Making false or bad-faith reports is itself a violation.

6A. Removing intimate images shared without consent

Posting or sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent, including images that are AI-generated or altered, is prohibited and may be a federal crime. If an intimate image of you (or of your child, or of someone you're authorized to act for) appears on Rizora without consent, email legal@rizora.io with the subject line "Removal Request" and include:

  • your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough),
  • where the image appears on Rizora (a link, screenshot, or description good enough for us to find it),
  • a brief statement that you believe in good faith the image was shared without consent, with any information that helps us confirm this, and
  • how to contact you.

We will remove the image, and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies on Rizora, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. Images involving a minor are also reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. You don't need a Rizora account to make a request.

7. What happens if you break these rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, void measurables or evaluations, pause or revoke verification, limit features, suspend or close accounts, block a person from returning, and report conduct to schools, governing bodies, or law enforcement. For a school or program account, we may act against an individual staff member without affecting the rest of the program. When a child may be at risk, we act first and explain afterward.
